Thank you for considering Brandywine Prime for your special occasion. The menus that are posted here are just samples. The samples are combinations of the more successful combinations. Feel free to check out our current dinner menu or click on the customize your own menu to make changes. We can also cater a menu to your budget.
The 300 year old building allows us many different configurations for events. Below is a list of general configurations. Feel free to call us to see the space or if you have any questions. Keep in mind that a gift table will reduce the seating area.
The following is for a seated dinner. Buffet or cocktail party options will allow for different size configurations. While we don’t charge a fee for the room, there are minimum food and beverage spends for the spaces. If you spend under the minimum, we will convert the difference to a room charge. If you spend to the minimum or above there will be no charge for the space.
-White linen table cloths may be requested for a $25 up charge per room (not per table)
-Alcohol: Your party can be alcohol free, use our house white and red wine, or choose from our shower drink menu page.
-You can have access to the space 1 hour before the scheduled start time for decorating.
+No tacking or taping to walls, furniture etc.
+Booths and other furniture cannot be moved
+Tables and chairs must be moved by staff
+No unwrapped candy bar
+No outside food other than cake or cup cakes
+No confetti or small decorative items like that

All of our plated desserts and mini desserts are still made from scratch on the premises. But for more elaborate cakes Brandywine Prime welcomes Michele Mitchell, the owner of Michele Mitchell Pastry Designs, as our exclusive provider of cup cakes and cakes for baby and bridal showers, christenings, birthday parties and rehearsal dinners and weddings.
